TREE Fund

PNW-ISA furthers its mission to foster a greater appreciation of trees and promote the professional practice of arboriculture by partnering with the Tree Research and Education Endowment (TREE) Fund. With the support of donors and organizations like PNW-ISA, the TREE Fund provides:

  • Funding for scientific research into critical urban tree care issues
  • Funding for arboriculture education programs
  • Scholarships for aspiring arborists

PNW-ISA holds an annual auction benefiting the TREE Fund during the Annual Training Conference. We donate an item to the TREE Fund Gala Raise Your Hand for Research held annually at the ISA Conference. We also help Tour des Trees riders meet fundraising goals.

Visit treefund.org for the latest news and updates on how the organization is working to sustain the world's urban forests.

WAYS TO Support THE TREE Fund

Participate in, or support a tour des trees rider

The Tour des Trees is an annual long-distance cycling adventure which serves as the primary public outreach and community engagement event for Tree Research and Education Endowment Fund (TREE Fund). Since 1992, Tour des Trees riders have cycled through communities in the U.S., Canada and the U.K., planting trees, educating children and shining a light on the work done by arboriculture professionals and the importance of science-based tree care.
