PNW-ISA 2024 Annual Training Conference Volunteer Form

All volunteers must be age 18 or older.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

ATC volunteer who complete at least one shift will receive a conference volunteer t-shirt and free registration for the day they are volunteering at the conference.

DESCRIPTIONS
Registration Check In / Info Booth Volunteer: Help with registering and checking in attendees for the conference. Provide general information to attendees. Presenter Assistant: Provide assistance to session presenter, Check in attendees with appropriate ticket, Read a short speaker intro (this will be provided to you) Monitor attendance to ensure attendees remain for entire session.. Place sign in sheets for certified arborists credit (CEU's) at designated tables. Collect sign in sheets and place in folder and return to Registration Desk. Auction Set Up: Support setting up auction items for the TREEFund Silent Auction at the Wednesday evening ATC Reception. Lunch will be provided to all volunteers.
