REVIEW & PERFORM THE SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS BELOW BEFORE REGISTERING FOR THE TRAQ RENEWAL ONLINE The ISA Tree Risk Assessment Qualification (TRAQ) Renewal Online is conducted in two separate phases. Phase one requires that you attend PNW-ISA's TRAQ Renewal Online workshop scheduled on Friday February 7, 2025 from 8:30 am to 4 pm. PNW-ISA utilizes the Zoom platform. We encourage registrants to test the desktop/laptop computer they will be using PRIOR to registering for this program to ensure that you have no problems showing your web cam, utilizing your microphone, etc. This is required for participation in the online renewal program. Once the online renewal workshop is completed, you will proceed to Phase two. This phase is administered by ISA utilizing Pearson VUE's online testing center. Again, we recommend that you test the desktop/laptop you will be using PRIOR to registering for this program to ensure that you can utilize your device to complete both the written and performance based portions of the exam. You will have 90-days to complete phase two of your exam and ISA will provide instructions to you directly. (Note: PNW-ISA does not oversee Phase two of your exam.) We recommend that you review ISA's informational sheet on how the TRAQ Renewal Online differs from in-person workshops. The deadline to register for this workshop is January 9, 2025 by 12pm PST TRAQ Renewal Program Summary The ISA Tree Risk Assessment Qualification (TRAQ) provides an opportunity for professionals in the arboriculture industry to expand their knowledge through education and training in the fundamentals of tree risk assessment. This qualification promotes the safety of people and property by providing a standardized and systematic process for assessing tree risk. The results of a tree risk assessment can provide tree owners and risk managers with the information to make informed decisions to enhance tree benefits, health, and longevity. Current TRAQ holders may complete the TRAQ Renewal Course as early as 18 months prior to your expiration date.

To be able to register for the TRAQ Renewal workshop you must hold a TRAQ credential. You may complete the TRAQ Renewal workshop as early as 18 months prior to your qualification expiration date.

- A quiet workspace where you can attend the online workshop uninterrupted.
- A computer that can utilize the GoToWebinar and Pearson VUE online testing platforms (Perform pre-registration system tests above.)
- A desktop/laptop computer with a working web cam and microphone
- Your government-issued photo ID
