LIMITED IN PERSON AT THE DOOR REGISTRATION AVAILABLE. No Refunds after 10/4/2024 and No Refunds for No Shows. Tree Academy takes place at Penticton Lakeside Resort on Monday October 7, 2024 starting at 1pm - 5pm. There will be 3 presentations to choose from - Link to these presentations can be found below under the "Review Registration Process". FIELD Day will be held on Tuesday October 8, 2024 Rotary Park (Martin St & Lakeshore Dr W, Penticton, BC V2A 7M5, Canada). Classes start at 8:00 am and rotate between 4 stations. Participants will have an opportunity to rotate through four (4) stations of your choice. You will NOT need to make your selection for Field Day Events on the registration form. Click the link for descriptions of the Field Day presentations. Map of the Park and additional information on parking will be provided to registered attendees before the event. There will be a brief Welcome Reception held on Tuesday, October 8 from 5pm-6pm and will include appetizers and 1 drink ticket. Immediately following the welcome reception, there will an optional local winery tour excursion (which includes a shuttle from and to the hotel, winery tour, tastings, charcuterie board) that you can purchase to participate in. Conference Courses and Events at Penticton Lakeside Resort start on Wednesday October 9, 2024 to Thursday October 10, 2024. To aid you in choosing the best course(s) - the level of experience has been included on the description of each presentation - ranging from "Fundamental" / "Intermediate" / "Advanced". The ATC Dinner Reception will be held on Wednesday October 9 from 5pm - 7pm and will include dinner and 2 drink tickets. The Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday October 10 from 7:30 am - 8:50 am. Additional information on the conference events will be made available on the PNW-ISA Chapter ATC webpage for your review within the next few weeks. Classroom presentations on Wednesday and Thursday - Some time slots offer 3 different courses - these are broken out in "Sessions". You will need to choose the course you want to attend for each session listed on the registration form for the day you are attending.
