Editor, Pacific Northwest Trees Newsletter
This position serves under the Board of Directors, Advisory Committee. The Editor is responsible for all aspects of preparing the quarterly (Spring, Summer, Winter, Fall) Chapter newsletter which includes collecting content, editing submissions, preparing the layout, proofreading, etc. This position is supported by the Editorial Committee and is appointed by the Board of Directors with a three-year term. Public Outreach Director
This position serves under the Board of Directors, Executive Committee. The Public Outreach Director engages membership and volunteers, is a steward of the Chapter’s awards program, coordinates public outreach events, works with staff to develop materials and supplies for membership/staff to use in public outreach efforts, and is an elected position with a two-year term. This position can have a maximum of two additional terms, for a total of three terms, or until a successor has been elected. This committee will be comprised of four to six volunteers who enjoy reading industry news and can assist with culling quality, reliable news and resources for the benefit of PNW-ISA members. News will be shared through PNW-ISA’s website, Pacific Northwest Trees Newsletter and social media pages.
