ATC 2020 Returns to Coeur d'Alene, ID

We are planning for our next Annual Training Conference at the majestic Coeur d'Alene Resort. This year's theme is Canopy Connections: Advancing Equity, Wellness and Community in Arboriculture. Programming focus is on how connecting people to the urban forest inspires life-long commitment to nature and the environment, creates diverse and inclusive experiences, improves public health, and builds collaborative networks.

Nominations Process Begins for Annual Awards

PNW-ISA is accepting nominations from now until Friday, June 12, 2020 for Arborist of the Year, Tree Worker of the Year and Volunteer of the Year. Winners will be announced at the Annual Training Conference in Coeur d'Alene, ID.

RPAC Forms to Produce New Species Ratings Guide

The Regional Plant Appraisal Committee (RPAC) is being formed to gather data from around the region for current costs associated with planting commonly available nursery trees. RPAC will also update individual species ratings to align with functional depreciation factors.
