Our last formal Education Plan was done in early 2007 and since then we have been busy and aggressive in furthering the education demands of the Chapter.
We have a small form that will allow you to suggest a quick course subject idea. The form will be developed more in the future.

If you want to submit a workshop or event for ISA CEU review, please download this CEU Approval Form. This review service is offered free of charge for complete applications submitted within two weeks of the event date. Incomplete or late submissions are charged $50.
The PNW-ISA cannot authorize CEUs for events already held. Please visit the ISA website to download a post-approval form.
