The Board of Directors for the PNW Chapter consists of an Executive Committee and an Advisory committee.

The Executive Committee members serve a two year term.

The Executive Committee includes:

• Four Officer Positions (re-elected in even years)
• President
• President-Elect
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• Five Program Director Positions (re-elected in odd years)
• Certification Director
• Continuing Education Director
• Governance Director
• Member Services Director
• Public Outreach Director

The Advisory Committee members are appointed by the Executive committee to serve a three year term.

The Advisory Committee includes:

• Editor
• ISA Representative
• TREE Fund Liaison
