Who We Are

The Pacific Northwest ISA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization incorporated in the state of Oregon and is a professional affiliation of arborists and urban foresters from Alaska, British Columbia, Idaho, Oregon and Washington. The business office for the Chapter is located in Silverton, Oregon. Donations to the organization are tax-deductible as a charitable donation to the full extent of the law. Our federal employment identification number (FEIN) is 91-1492542.

Our Organization

The Board of Directors for the PNW Chapter consists of an Executive Committee and an Advisory committee.

The Executive Committee members serve a two year term.

The Executive Committee includes:

  • Four Officer Positions (re-elected in even years)
  • President
  • President-Elect
  • Secretary
  • Treasurer
  • Five Program Director Positions (re-elected in odd years)
  • Certification Director
  • Continuing Education Director
  • Governance Director
  • Member Services Director
  • Public Outreach Director

The Advisory Committee members are appointed by the Executive committee to serve a three year term.

The Advisory Committee includes:

  • Editor
  • ISA Representative
  • TREE Fund Liaison
